Who can become a member of the VBKI?

Business executives or persons from other professional groups who are self-employed entrepreneurs, self-employed merchants within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and legal representatives or authorized signatories of commercial companies can become members.

Can I become a member of the VBKI as a non-Berliner?

Yes, if you feel connected to the metropolis, are already actively involved here and want to make a difference for the region, then you've come to the right place.

How much is the membership fee?

Personal membership is € 500, junior membership is € 200, small company membership is € 1,800 and large company membership is € 3,000 per year.

Is a guarantee required?

Yes, for personal membership we require the guarantee of two members. We will of course support you in approaching suitable guarantors.
