Welcome to the VBKI!
We have been working on a unique project since 1879: the future of Berlin! As a network of Berlin entrepreneurship, as an organizer of numerous high-profile events, as a driving force in Berlin's debate on the future and as a committed promoter of the common good, we are moving our city forward. WIR UNTERNEHMEN BERLIN.

In-depth research, critical interviews and expert contributions as well as a detailed look at the VBKI's activities make the magazine a must-read for all those who are committed to our city.

FUTURE AGENDA BERLIN
Current VBKI positions
At the VBKI, we accompany change and shape the changes in our city. As a partner to politics and the public, we drive forward Berlin's future agenda and accompany the political debate both critically and constructively. Here you will find current positions and statements from the VBKI and its representatives.
Start-up metropolis
Newcomers and digital business models
Berlin's economy is growing - also thanks to the many founders who have turned Berlin into a world-class start-up metropolis with their dynamism and intelligent business ideas. At the VBKI, we see ourselves as bridge builders between the world of newcomers on the one hand and the established economy on the other. We are convinced that the more intensive the mutual exchange, the greater the opportunities for the city and the location.
DIVERSITY
Women in the economy
Gender parity in the boardrooms of the German and Berlin economy continues to be a project for the future. We are working hard to facilitate female careers in business, for example by promoting the exchange of experience between women in management positions, establishing networks of female entrepreneurs and making role models visible.
