NETWORK
The "Young Professionals" at the VBKI
Who are we?
In 2023, we reorganized the offer for juniors at VBKI as Young Professionals. Since then, we have stood for commitment, taking on responsibility and promoting young managers. With our members consisting of young Berliners up to the age of 35 from many different industries, we want to make a difference and get involved in business, politics and culture in particular. We meet digitally every four weeks and get new projects off the ground.
What sets us apart?
We promote and support the development of young entrepreneurs and managers in Berlin. We give young professionals a voice and support them in networking and mutual exchange within and outside the VBKI.
What is our offer?
Our regular events focus on formats that promote exchange and networking in a relaxed and open atmosphere.
The Young Professionals Meetup takes place 4 times a year. An exclusive format for VBKI junior members to exchange ideas and network. Sometimes we start with a short impulse on topics such as leadership, business, finance and much more. On other days, we visit interesting company headquarters or enjoy the after-work atmosphere in a cozy atmosphere in various trendy locations in Berlin.
A mentoring program supports and accompanies the exchange of experience and knowledge between young up-and-coming managers and experienced managers within the VBKI. Regular networking meetings are held over a period of six months.
