Our house is taking shape

Work has started on the VBKI headquarters

The excavators have arrived, the construction crane has been erected and work on the future VBKI headquarters in Bleibtreustraße in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf is picking up speed. Following the official start of construction in January of this year, the work is proceeding according to plan. By spring 2027, seven floors with a usable area of 2,100 square meters will be built on the 530 square meter site. The official laying of the foundation stone will take place on July 10, 2025 - make a note of it now.

We want to use part of the space - around 700 square meters - for our association's purposes: as the headquarters of the office, a venue for events and conferences and, above all, as a place for VBKI members to get together. The other part, covering around 1,600 square meters, will be rented out.
