Reinforcement for the VBKI Executive Committee
General Assembly elects VBKI top committee | 3 new members of the Executive Committee
Outstanding additions to the top committee of the VBKI: On October 19, the General Assembly elected Marianne Ludes (Ludes Foundation), Marc Müller (ETL AG Steuerberatungsgesellschaft) and Dr. Kilian Jay von Seldeneck (4TEEN4 Pharmaceuticals GmbH) to the Executive Committee.

The new faces on the VBKI Executive Board are high-profile and excellently networked leaders who also have proven Berlin expertise. With their experience and drive, they will help us to fulfill our core task: To further strengthen and advance Berlin," said VBKI President Markus Voigt, who for his part was confirmed in office for a further three years.

The two Vice Presidents Dr. Sigrid Evelyn Nikutta (Member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Bahn AG, CEO of DB Cargo AG) and Christian Kloevekorn (COO of Apleona) and Treasurer Michael Salcher (Regional Board Member East, Head of Energy & Natural Resources KPMG AG) were also confirmed in their positions. Dr. Andrea Grebe (Healthcare Expert), Stephanie Bschorr (Partner Nexia GmbH), Dr. Kay Lindemann (Head of Corporate Policy Deutsche Lufthansa AG), Kaweh Niroomand (Manager/ Managing Director BR Volleys), Stefan Oelrich (Board Member Bayer AG and Head of the Pharmaceuticals Division), Prof. Dr. Jörg Ritter (Consultant, Partner and Senior Advisor Egon Zehnder), Klaus Siegers (CEO Weberbank Actiengesellschaft) and Henrik Thomsen (Board Member Quarterback Immobilien AAG) will also remain on the Executive Committee. In accordance with the Articles of Association, the Executive Committee is elected for a term of three years; membership of the Executive Committee is an honorary position.
Verena Pausder and Gerhard Niehaus have left the VBKI Executive Committee. Markus Voigt thanked the two outgoing members of the Executive Committee and paid tribute to the many services they had rendered to the VBKI during their many years of voluntary work.

Marianne Ludes is an entrepreneur and author. After working as managing director of the Ludes group of companies, she has dedicated herself to her writing career since 2015. Marianne Ludes is Chairwoman of the Board of the Potsdam Literature Festival and has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Staatsoper Unter den Linden for many years. In 2021, she founded the non-profit Ludes Foundation together with her husband. She will contribute her networks and expertise from the real estate industry and the cultural sector to the VBKI.
Marc Müller is a tax consultant and board member of ETL AG Steuerberatungsgesellschaft. As part of his VBKI honorary post, he will focus primarily on the VBKI's "social commitment".
Kilian Jay von Seldeneck is probably known to many as a mainstay of our VBKI Auction Gala. The CFO of 4TEEN4 Pharmaceuticals GmbH will support us in particular with his expertise in digitalization and the start-up economy.
