Bringing people with a history of flight and migration into the labor and training market

With the "Einstieg zum Aufstieg" initiative, the VBKI supports the employment and training of people with a history of flight and migration. To help companies gain faster access to these people, we work with social economy organizations such as the Paritätische, church organizations such as Malteser, the German Red Cross and the Federal Employment Agency. With the help of this constantly growing cooperation structure, we can reach people with a refugee or migrant background whose German language skills are already good and their motivation for employment or training is strong.
