Ceremonial conclusion of the VBKI Mentoring Program 2025

On September 24, 2025, the VBKI mentoring program came to an end at the joint September party. Mentors and mentees accompanied each other for a year, exchanging experiences and making valuable contacts.
The program kicked off in January with the first meetings with the matching partners. This was followed by an after-work exchange in March and intensive small group meetings in June. The highlight was the final event, at which successes were reflected on and celebrated and the basis for the new VBKI alumni community was created.
The participants particularly emphasized the benefits of networking and exchanging experiences. At the same time, numerous ideas emerged on how mentoring can be made even more effective in the future.
Outlook:
The Alumni Community will now facilitate quarterly meetings in order to maintain long-term contacts and continue the exchange of ideas.
The mentoring program has proven itself once again: Networked learning and shared experience create added value for all participants and the VBKI community.
